*Fee (payable monthly) is due at the time of the last prepaid lesson of previous month ($30 / lesson)*



*24 Hours Notice Required to qualify for Makeup Lesson Credit  -  Makeup Lessons Saturdays by appointment @ Studio*



*If Student is unavailable for lesson dates in the upcoming month, invoice may be prorated  prior to making next fee payment*
